Welcome to AlefBay! We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Service Coverage

We currently ship across all Emirates in the U.A.E., including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside the U.A.E.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Same-day dispatch applies to selected products marked “Same Day Dispatch” on the product page if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time).
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time within the U.A.E. is 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the product’s supplier.
  • Some items may ship directly from our local or international dropshipping partners; these may take 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders — no minimum spend required.
  • There are no hidden delivery fees unless stated otherwise during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or message containing your tracking details.
You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your order’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.


6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable U.A.E.-based logistics partners such as iMile Delivery, J&T Express, TFM Express , and C3X, as well as international fulfillment partners for select items.
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and courier performance.


7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for items shipped from international suppliers)
  • Unexpected courier or stock issues

We’ll always inform you if any delays affect your order.


8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and location details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages
